RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the size does not fit well, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for an exchange. Our customer service team will further deal with your requirement and do our best to help you.
We’ll gladly accept returning any unworn, unused, unwashed, tag-unremoved, or defective merchandise purchased on Souisee.com by mail. You have 14 days AFTER your package has arrived to request a return & refund or exchange for your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will issued a full refund to the original form of payment within 24 hours after getting the returned items in good & complete condition. You will get the refund at the card with 3-4 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will get an email notification after refunded.
We strongly recommend sending us 2 photos to email@example.com

Once getting your photos we will send you the return address. Also, we will appreciate if you mention the return reason to get a prioritized return processing and personalized service.
Please keep us informed of the tracking number after mailing the parcel, so we can process the refund once getting the parcel at the earliest.
If you do not get the right item, you could contact firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage, defect or the wrong size or item you received. You will also get a full credits refund without returning item(s).
Unfortunately, we currently don’t cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are customer's responsibility.
And products sold during clearance and end-of-season stock sale with “un returnable” noted in product page cannot be returned.
** Please do not return item directly to Sender Address without contacting us, this warehouse address is only workable for processing outgoing orders instead of returned orders.

Refund on Cash
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after getting items back in good condition. The amount will appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (accurate date depends on your card issuer). You will be informed after refund processed.
Sometimes, refunds might not show up in your account until your credit card’s next monthly billing statement. These are estimated processing times:

Refund on Store Credits
If you find returning parcel bother, you could also contact email@example.com with pictures of the damage, defect or the wrong size of item you received. You will get a full credits refund without returning item(s).
